Abide in Christ
Jesus says that the Christian life can be compared to a grape-vine: the only way any branch can hope to bear fruit is by being firmly embedded into the vine, drawing on its nutrients and life-source to produce the fruit. In the same way, the only way that we as followers of Jesus can experience the life that Jesus promises, is by remaining firmly embedded in him. He is the vine. We are the branches. Apart from Him, we can do nothing. For three weeks, this sermon series explores what it means and looks like to abide in Christ.
