Daniel: Being God's People in a Godless World

The book of Daniel is full of well known – and wonderful – stories and events: but Daniel is about more than children’s stories. It is the story of God’s people living lives of radical faithfulness, even as they live in one of the most ungodly, pagan civilisations of the world. As followers of Jesus, we too are called to live lives of radical faithfulness to Jesus, not by removing ourselves from culture, but by engaging with it, knowing that we’re first citizens of heaven and that our life and hope is found in Christ.
